No. Name Statement
4681 Jo Haywood I am against the expansion of airports in the UK. I object to air travel on economic and environmental grounds.
4680 HG I agree with the many objections already raised in that any expansion of Bristol airport would seriously damage our environment.
4679 Giles White
4678 Mary Laidlaw I am opposed to all airport expansion. Climate change is the biggest threat to man and there should be an immediate end to subsidised aviation fuel especially as natural resources are running out. What a hippocritical government we have putting big business before the environment and future generations whilst telling us they are striving to cut CO2 emissions which are still going up.
4677 Hilary James I object to the expansion plans proposed to BIA on the grounds of increased damage to our local and global environment.
4676 CM Walsh The Bristol Airport should not be allowed to expand and encroach on the Green Belt It is sufficient for the area and any expansion would adversely effect the environment It will not increase the workforce in the long term as we all know airlines are cutting ground staff.
4675 James Shirley I object to the proposed expansion both on environmental and on economic grounds. The expansion of air transport is encouraged by the artificially low cost of air fares, only possible as only an inadequate tax on the fuel is levied. This situation is detrimental to both the environment and to the financial well-being of our society.
4674 CSI Nailsea The airport has no right to pollute the enviroment for their profit.

I will join a protest at the airport to stop their expansion when asked.
4673 bugsie I object to the plans by BIA to expand Bristol Airport. The reason are almost endless-pollution,more traffic, noise (I live in the flight path,) drop in passenger numbers, massage by BIA of statistics etc etc etc
4672 Martin Powell Everyone now knows about the growing and clear impact of climate change on poor countries which is killing people already. So any politician who claims to care about the poor, but supports the current plans for airport expansion is a liar and a hypocrite.
