No. Name Statement
4731 Helen Banks Standing firm against all airport expansion, and specifically against the development of Newquay airport when we have a perfectly adequate rail link into Cornwall.
4730 katie jane A question to anyone promoting airport expansion: have you asked yourself, on a personal level, why you do it? I defy you to come up with a reason with even a fraction of the worth of the voices screaming the reasons why not. And the difference? they are real people, and you, in your role in the process, are not. do you even really know in whose interests you are acting?
4729 Marty Stop the BIA expansion, it is rediculous. No road structure, no support by locals, no real evidence of helping the local community - Simply put, a minority is getting rich by making the majority suffer!
4728 When purchasing my home in Holly Oaks, I was assured that the nearby airport would not be expanded, and thus would never service larger planes. The length is the only thing keeping Craig from accepting large planes, which would increase pollution and noise and danger of accident, and lower my home value and enjoyment, taking from me w/o due process. Jacksonville already has enough airport space w/o bringing larger planes to Craig, which the airport people told us at a meeting was their intent and purpose of expansion. There have been no safety problems with current usage.
4727 Ian Cook If we are sincere about climate change and air pollution we must adopt an holistic policy for action. Why penalise motorists and even smokers whilst letting aircraft off?
4726 As a Greenpeace coordinator, a Friends of the Earth coordinator, and a Friends of the Earth Board Member I pledge to take non-violent direct action to stop the expansion of any airport, including putting myself in the path of a bulldozer!
4725 Ed Webb I oppose the expansion of Bristol Airport because of all the increased polution it is bringing down upon us and our children.
4724 noreen stop expansion. stop it causing cancer in the heathrow hounslow area
4723 Jonathan Edmunds When many scientists are warning that we are heading into a period of dangerous warming in less than 10 years time how can Governement and big business be serious in continuing to support growth at over 30 of our airports; it's beggars belief! I believe many rational, positive contributing citizens will feel compelled to take any action needed to stop this unneccessary expansion!
Please see the light and change your stance, our imminent future depends on it!
4722 Kelly Jayne I pledge to support the Stop Heathrow Expansion campaign, and help in every way I can to stop the same dilemna spreading to other regions until the Government make a viable commitment to climate change.
